Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit.Free cancellation is available up to 30 days before arrival.Cancellations made 29 to 15 days before arrival incur a 50% cancellation fee.Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Our Apple Farm

Sonngut is a traditional South Tyrolean apple farm that has been family-run for generations. If our work on the farm allows, we'd be delighted to take you on a guided walk through the orchards, where you'll learn more about apple growing in South Tyrol and enjoy a tasting of our different apple varieties.As this is a working farm, our day often begins early—sometimes accompanied by the sound of a tractor. In return, you'll experience authentic farm life and gain genuine insight into everyday life in the orchard. We hope you'll see these small moments as part of the authentic charm of staying at Sonngut.

Farm Products & Bread Delivery Service

On request and for an additional charge, we'll happily deliver freshly baked bread rolls from the local village bakery to your apartment each morning.Enjoy breakfast in the comfort of your apartment or outside on your private terrace.Our farm shop is open to you 24 hours a day and stocked with a selection of homemade products and seasonal specialities.Depending on availability, you'll find:Fresh fruit (including apricots, cherries, pears and apples)Strawberry, apricot and pear fruit preservesLemon balm, elderflower and mint syrupsApple juiceApricot and pear nectarHerb saltDried fruitYou'll receive your own key to the farm shop, allowing you to browse and shop whenever you like.

You're warmly invited to harvest fresh vegetables and aromatic herbs from our raised garden beds whenever you're cooking during your stay.Several supermarkets are nearby, while Lana's popular farmers' market takes place every Tuesday and Saturday throughout the year.Traditional inns, restaurants and beer gardens in the centre of Lana and Niederlana are all within easy walking distance of Sonngut.

For Cyclists

A secure bike storage room with bicycle racks is available on site, together with an E-bike charging station. Guests also have access to a laundry room with a washing machine—ideal after a day spent exploring South Tyrol on two wheels.

Pets are welcome in one designated apartment only, subject to prior request and an additional charge. All other apartments are allergy-friendly and therefore remain pet-free.
